We started TC Dev because we wanted to build software differently. Closer to the customer, without requirements getting lost through five layers of handovers. You bring a problem, we talk about it, agree on what to build and build it. We show you what is coming together as it happens and change direction when that makes sense.
Between us we cover backend, frontend and testing. We use AI where it actually helps, not to put it on a slide. The result is faster work and fewer dumb mistakes.
Ondřej started TC Dev and leads the development work. He has been writing software for over ten years, across backend, architecture and AI. He built AITM and control systems for industrial automation, among other things. More of his work is at trochta.net.

A platform that runs the whole build from prompt to finished application. It does not replace tools like Claude Code or Cursor — it adds the pipeline, the safety net and the project memory around them.
A visualisation for controlling a biogas plant and collecting data from the PLC. Industrial automation where any downtime is a real problem, so reliability came first.
